Supporting Democratic Party Grassroots Activists Across America

We support Democratic activists working in crucial counties of swing states.

County Democratic committees are the hardworking but overlooked foot soldiers of the Democratic Party.

These unpaid volunteers canvass in their communities, recruit and support candidates to run down ballot, host public events, and in countless ways comprise the visible presence and permanent grassroots infrastructure of the Democratic Party. Yet they receive virtually no funding from the national Democratic Party and very little (if any) from their state Democratic parties. They need our help.

What We Do

We select and support critically important yet underfunded Democratic committees in swing states by pairing each of them with a small team of fundraisers in a Blue state.

Each team meets periodically (usually via Zoom) with its partner county Democratic committee, gets to know the individuals who comprise it, hears from them about the challenges they face, and sees firsthand how its support is making a difference.

We call this face-to-face collaboration direct relational organizing. It gives our team members a much more meaningful mode of political engagement than they can find in phone banking, postcard writing, or donating to a candidate they’ll never know or even see.
